Weird conversation with the head of sales at work

HS : soon I’ll be able to look through the camera in the store, so no more hanky panky in back

Me : awe you mean I can no longer bring my non-existant boyfrind back there

Coworker : you mean your boyfriend that only exists in your mind

HS : oh he exists, his names Duracell

——-later that day——

HS : I don’t remember your name

Me : Dawn like the soap

HS : awe the soap needed to clean a dirty Duracell

What weird convos

After re reading my poem this morning I’ve realized that it could be read as a break up poem, and more people would read it that way. Which is cool, not my intentions but what ever.

To me it was suppose to be about unattainable love. I guess it turned out a little weird

12AM

A Random Bad Poem About my Life at The Moment

Seeing the sun come out from behind the clouds
Laughing so hard your checks hurt
Looking into some one’s eyes and being happy

Being taken care of
Feeling safe in the arms of another
Enjoying the simple company

Having a continuous conversation flow
Having the knife dig and twist a little deeper
Smiling despite the pain

Parting ways cheerfully
Feel your heart break when you’re a lone
Realizing you’ll never have that persons love

Try to forget
Only think of them more
Love can be so bitter sweet

My cat, Luna, “helping” me play Alhambra.

It seems to be a common occurrence for cat owners. Mine love’s “helping” me with homework. Now only if he would start telling me the answers to my organic Chemistry problems.

a Life achievement achieved. One of the blogs I write is sandwiched on someone’s follow list between the two vlogbrothers. Now this isn’t like one of the brothers was suddenly following me on said blog (Cause I don’t understand anyone who follows me when that blog updates 5-20 times in a day with my videos) but it was nice to see.

Don’t Break The Chain.

I watched the Charlie Mcdonnell’s Video about the productivity tip don’t break the chain. I though it was a brilliant idea and I was thought that I should try it for my summer semester.

I had been looking for a good calender on google that I could crop down to begin at may. Though now I don’t have to look for one because Hank Green reblogged a fantastic post from karenkavett which contained an awesome calender that I have printed out and will begin to use.

I’ll try and keep you up-dated on if I succeed and remember to click KarenKavett’s name and see the post if you haven’t already!

Again Hank talks pretty clearly so not many funny things come up in the CCs. This was nice, it’s suppose to say “adulthood is thoughtlessness so be thoughtful and silly”

one time I had CCs on and it turned him saying “there’s a link in the sidebar” to “inside our jayhawks antibodies”.

Oh That’s awesome. You should have screened shot it :P

Ellen Hardcastle and Crafts

So now that exams are finally done I’ve been cleaning my craft room and turning it from my study/school work room back into my craft room, though that can be really boring with out some music, so for the last 4 hours I’ve been listening to Ellen Hardcastle while I clean and will I cut out patterns.

Now that I’ve finally entered into crafting season for weddings and otakuthon I’ve been drawing and cutting a lot of patterns and Thankfully I have some awesome music filling the air.

What you realize while watching the Ellen Show

I was watching some clips from the Ellen Show from the last week and I watched one with Khloe Kardashian talking with Ellen about being on the cover of cosmopolitan. She talks about how hard it is being large in the industry……. Since when is a size 6 large.

I know that we’ve all gotten use to people who are size 0 being our heros but how have we gone from Marilyn Manroe who was a size 16 and normal to a size 6 being large. I personally am a size 16/18 in my lower half and a size 22 in my upper half. (Canadian/American Woman Sizes) To hear someone around my height(5’8”) being a size 6 and the industry ridiculing them seems unfair.

I know that our society on a whole has an eating problem, some people over eat while some people starve themselves. One would think that if we removed the pressure placed on every one it might help. I’ve personally have never had a problem with my body size, I’m healthy and enjoy exercise and sports but I haven’t been smaller then a size 16 since I was 12. Also I haven’t ever bought pants bigger then a size 18 (XL) and shirts larger then a size 22 (2XL). Yet a lot of people look at me like I’m a horrifying because of my weight.

I use to work with a girl who was size 00 (XXS) and I’m pretty sure she had an eating disorder. She looked down upon anyone who was a little large, and she use to try and convince me that I should make and effort to loose weight no matter the cost. What is with people putting stakes in your weight. Yes, being morbidly obese will cause health issues, but if I’m healthy and active who cares that I’m 200+ pounds. If I can bench press 100 pounds who cares that I have a bit of a tummy (ok a lot of a tummy, but I can’t see it because of my bust and i have a waist line.)

Now that i’ve vented about that I’m going to finish studying and maybe do 20 minutes and my rowing machine.
